offseason is riddled with endless speculation on this and that, with 95 percent
of it being completely off base and utterly false. However, that doesn't keep anyone from

The
general consensus seems to be that the Buccaneers will select that bruising,
disruptive defensive tackle that they've been dreaming of since Warren Sapp
joined the Raiders in the first round of the upcoming NFL Draft in April. However, this draft has talent deep into the
second and third round at various positions, so look for the Bucs more...

I
find it difficult to write about the Buccaneers when Superbowl Sunday concluded
in such a dramatic fashion, ultimately resulting in a Manning taking home the
Lombardi Trophy for the second consecutive year. Nonetheless, however, there are still topics

Earlier
in the week, Fox Sports reported that Atlanta Falcons' running back Warrick
Dunn expects to be a cap casualty and is looking to join either the Colts or
the Buccaneers.
It
would seem that he would go to Indianapolis to be reunited with Tony Dungy, the
coach that drafted him, and Tampa to be reunited with the team that drafted him more...

A
while ago, I completed a performance review on free safety and rookie standout
Tanard Jackson. Now, let's talk about
another young man who stepped up big time during the Bucs' 2007 campaign, a guy
who's career underwent a great awakening when things were beginning to look
rather dire: strong safety Jermaine Phillips.
